Hotel & Food & Transfers package

HOTEL PACKAGE:

For the players & support crew that book the hotel package, the organisers will provide 5 nights accommodation (29/30, 30/01, 01/02, 02/03, 04/04) including breakfast in the DB Hotel, transport between designated arrival/departure points and the hotel and lunch & dinner, water, fruits and snacks at the venue.

 

Hotel packages can ONLY be reserved via the email: etc@hastalavista.pl

Hotel package fee is non-refundable after the 10th March 2025

Any Hotel package payments not received by or on 10 March 2025 will result in the package being cancelled.

Payment of Optional Hotel package to the host must be done by 10th March 2025

There are 90 twin rooms and 45 single rooms exclusively reserved for ETC teams..

DB Hotel is a modern venue located in the city center, within walking distance from Hasta la Vista (5 min on foot). The hotel offers comfortably furnished, soundproofed, air-conditioned rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and a cosmetics set. Room amenities also include coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar, and complimentary mineral water. Additionally, each room is equipped with a large 40 or 49-inch TV set. On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant serving continental buffet breakfasts every morning.

AIRPORT TRANSFER:

For the players & support crew that book the hotel package, the organisers will provide transport between designated arrival/departure points and the hotel.

 

Hotel package doesn’t include shuttle bus between hotel and the sport facility as the Championships Hotel is in walking distance from Hasta la Vista Center (5 min walk).

 

FOOD:

Meals during the tournament will be available in the club restaurant CORTADO.
